Erin and the kiddos brightened the beginning of our week by coming to spend a day with us. It's amazing that even though we live merely a couple hours away, we aren't able to see each other that often. I'm so appreciative that Erin took the initiative to pack up her 3 kids and come for a visit.
Grant is almost 5 months old now.
Look at those legs!! I can't get enough of them. He makes me feel a little more secure about my thighs. :)
Sharing markers was one of our big challenges of the day.
An abstract painter in the making. Matt could hardly watch as Daniel mixed all of the paint colors together in the containers.
Olivia and Liz meticulously washed off their brushes between colors. I love seeing the different skill/interest levels between the kids!

Hey! Daniel seems to have an imagination much like Dawson's! Dawson has a coffee can (plastic) that changes each day...a boat and the rug is his lake, a deer stand, his game cam, his ladder. So funny to hear the things he imagines!
Oh, and I LOVE that baby's thighs!! SO CUTE!! Lainey has a onsie that says "I make chunky thighs look cute!" however there isn't a whole lot of chunk there anymore. Wish she fit it about a month ago! However...her cheeks are a different story!
