Daniel and I took a day trip to see the Carlson's a couple weeks ago. I had been itching to go visit since our nephew, Grant, arrrived. But due to Matt's seminary classes, we had to postpone our trip to see them. We had such a great day with them! It was encouraging to see Daniel, Liz, and Olivia playing so well together. They're all entering the age of pretending and are getting better at playing together in the same room. Liz and Olivia definitely mother (or "smother") Daniel and try and entertain him with their toys too. There are going to be so many fun years ahead for all the cousins.
