While I was making dinner tonight, Daniel nicely asked for some coloring pages and his new scented markers. Being that the kitchen is separated from the dining room by a wall, I didn't have a clear view of him. A few minutes passed, then he said something to the effect of, "Mom, look what I did! Is this funny?" When I came through the doorway I saw his smiling face covered in mint-scented marker and a very nice sketch on my kitchen table. The worst part is that we discovered that these markers aren't washable, so he'll have a decorated face for a while.
Norah has turned in to a climber recently. Her latest conquest is our rocking chair. She needs supervision about every second she's awake. If she's not climbing, she's eating anything she can get her hands on.
If they weren't so cute, they'd be in big trouble. :)
